Produced at the My Father factory in Esteli, this full-bodied delight features a Nicaraguan Corojo wrapper covering a premium Nicaraguan binder and filler that explodes with gourmet flavor immediately upon lighting. As with all of Tatuaje's releases, expert construction and a richly complex profile is par for the course, and with all of the available sizes staying below double digits in price, the Nuevitas can be a guilt-free indulgence each and every time.

  My Father Cigars manufactures handmade premium cigars in Miami and Esteli, Nicaragua. The company is owned and operated by Don Pepin, his son Jaime, and his daughter Janny. The "Garcia Family Industrial Park" located in Esteli, Nicaragua is a seven-acre complex with 9 buildings, over 1900 employees, where the Garcias supervise their cigar production from the tobacco field to the roller's table. Their Miami headquarters house 12 rollers that make all of the company's "handmade in Miami" brands.

  The wrapper is the last tobacco leaf to be rolled on the cigar, so it is the one the smoker will see.
  Corojo wrapper was first developed in Cuba in the 1930s and quickly became popular as the wrapper on some of the best cigars. By the end of the 90s, Cuba stopped growing Corojo wrapper because of its susceptibility to pests and diseases. Ironically, Corojo wrapper has since become more popular outside of Cuba, as it has been replicated in tobacco farms in Nicaragua, Honduras, Ecuador and the Dominican Republic.

  Nicaraguan cigar binders are produced mainly in Esteli and Jalapa, both lands with volcanic soil and excellent climate for growing tobacco. Binders grown in Jalapa have sweet undertones. Corojo, Habana2000, Criollo, and Maduro binders are all produced in Nicaragua.
