Made in the Dominican Republic, this beautiful cigar is comprised of a Habano Ecuadorian Rojiza wrapper, a Mexican San Andres Oscuro binder, and a filler from Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic.

The Dominican Republic is the world's first producer of cigars. Most factories are located in Santiago, in the center of the island, and in close proximity to the tobacco fields grown in the fertile Cibao Valley. While tobacco and cigars have always traditionally been produced in the Dominican Republic, many Cuban cigar makers established in the Dominican Republic after the Cuban communist revolution, elevating the quality of Dominican cigars.

This leaf is rich and flavorful thanks to the temperate climate of Ecuador and the quality of its volcanic soil.

The binder is a full tobacco leaf that is used to roll the cigar, binding the filler tobaccos together.
The San Andres region in Mexico is known for producing some of the best tobacco in the world. The tobacco is stalk cut and valued for its rich dark color and used to make noteworthy maduro wrappers and binders.

Filler is the term used to describe the tobacco inside a cigar or the "guts" of the cigar.

NeptuneCigar.com Totally up to you! If you don't plan on smoking them soon and you want them to age and breath more freely, take them out of the tin. However, the tin helps protect the cigar and is useful when travelling with the cigar.

Chad Reihm I cut one open recently and all of the tobacco inside was shredded into small pieces. Did not find a single long filler whole leaf in the wrap. Just my 0.02 in regards to that question.

Very nice small cigar in the Davidoff Churchill series. Don't compare to the much more expensive Petite Corona of the standard Winston Churchill Series, which is a better quality cigar than this. Still, this is very similar in character to the others. It is full flavoured for such a petite cigar.

Probably my favorite cigar of the last several years. It is a little rustic, maybe a bit reminiscent of a few havanas I smoked many years ago. A little cedar, leather, slight but almost pleasant bitterness upon lighting but it softens quickly. The wrapper is good quality without sharpness, thankfully. I love the size, which is why I buy it so often.

Great little cigar, about a 40 minute smoke, excellent burn and construction. Flavors started off sweet, woody, nutty, creamy and buttery. It was very sweet but in a good way. There was also slight spice in the back of the throat. Then towards the end it got a bit earthy, but the sweetness was still there. Flavors of honey also came through near the end. In the end, this was a delicious little cigar. Davidoff never disappoints! Medium+ strength.

The Davidoff Winston Churchill Churchill pays homage to the legendary British statesman, delivering a refined and complex smoking experience worthy of its name, so you know I had to give it a try. The Ecuadorian Habano wrapper is one of my favorite wrappers with a smooth, slightly oily sheen. The cigar is a masterpiece and is just aesthetically pleasing to look at. The Churchill size is typically not the size I go for, but I had to try the Winston Churchill in a Churchill. Upon lighting, the cigar opens with an avalanche of flavors. Notes of wood, cream, and a subtle citrus tang dominate the palate. Very light spice and natural sweetness and an amazing draw. I didn't have to relight or touch up the cigar the entire way through. As the cigar progresses, the complexity deepens. The pepper fades, giving the spotlight to richer flavors of cocoa, roasted coffee, and wood notes. The final third delivers tons of flavor, with a bolder profile emerging. Earthy tones and a touch of espresso are complemented by lingering notes of cedar and dark chocolate. This cigar was a pleasant surprise as I did not expect to enjoy it as much as I did. I purchased 2 more and tossed them in my humidor to age and will take them out the next time I want a cigar that I know for a fact will not disappoint.

What an amazing little smoke. The draw is spectacular. The taste is very colorful. The whole cigar is very leathery with a hint of pepper. I don't know how else to describe it but it feels very elegant. I recently finished a box of cuban Cohiba lanceros and the final 3rd of both cigars was very similar with this cigar having a tad less body. To my taste this is what a cigar should taste like. Davidoff is definitely on another league. The only thing I would change is maybe the ring gauge. Something between 42 and 44 would be probably perfect with the same length.

This is a solid medium Davidoff. The aroma and taste are great. The draw is a little on the firmer side but still draws great with lots of smoke...and just a meaty type of smoke is the best way I can describe it. This is truly an excellent cigar. It is medium bodied but full of flavor. It is very complex with a lot of nuanced flavor. I noticed earth, citrus, almond and caramel among others. The finish is long and lingers with an aftertaste that reminds me of lemon drop candy. Draw and construction were excellent. It is expensive but might be one of the few cigars where the high price is justified.

Huge warning I wish I'd have known. First I usually love davidoff but this is not their usual high quality tobacco. It is actually chopped leaf resembling the filler of a cigarette. NOT whole leaf. Most of the ones I've had so far are so tight you can barely smoke them. And you end up with filler in your mouth on every draw. And the taste is not great. I have now thrown out 3 in a row and certainly will never buy again.

with the wood and earth notes primary for most of the cigar experience. Like many of the Camacho projects, this was not an infused taste, but it was clear there was an influence of the barrel-aged Condega leaf in the filler. While this sweetness never became a primary note, it was more prominent during the first third. The second third saw the sweetness diminish and the pepper increase. The final third still saw earth and wood notes as the primary notes. There was a touch of pepper and, to a lesser extent, liquor and grass notes.

Good cigar. Spicier than expected, but not bitter at all. Very smooth. Nice, even burn—never required a re-light. Good smoke production. Good aroma and taste, but maybe just a little something missing. I would definitely smoke a box—if someone else was paying.

Smooth smooth smooth!!! A very nice stick. I usually smoke full body cigars so this came off a bit mild to me, but it's exactly what i wanted and expected from these Davidoff's. The burn was perfect, not a single touch up needed. It had a consistantly light earthy taste throughout the cigar and paired well with my iced coffee. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Great cigars for 45-60 min smoke. Great presentation of course its a Davidoff. Aroma is good, taste is ok (prefer the Escurio series personally), draw and burn perfect.

Another nice, smooth and mellow cigar from Davidoff with the Davidoff quality you expect. I especially like these because they tend to be a tad bit less expensive than most other Davidoff lines. My only gripe is I wish the flavor was stronger.

I was very interested in this cigar as it has totally been revamped since it’s original in 2014. The original Winston Churchill used a sungrown wrapper with binder and filler from Dominican Republic and Nicaragua. This new blend features an Ecuadorian Rojiza wrapper, a Mexican San Andres binder, and five different filller tobaccos from Dominican Republic and Nicaragua. The cigar upon sight is elegant from the new banding to the exquisite reddish brown oily wrapper. Upon first light, a toasty almond favor is upfront along with earthy and coffee notes— right up my alley! Construction from the beginning is impeccable— razor sharp burn, perfect draw. Strepgth is mild to medium at this point. Into the second third, the same almond note that was very strong in the first third is still present but a very smooth creaminess takes over along with coffee, cocoa, leather and earth— delicious combo. A bit of white pepper is also lingering in the background. Burn and draw are still perfect along with a large amount of smoke output. Definitely a solid medium smoke at this point. Into the final third, the flavors change again— creamy peanuts are upfront along with espresso and leather notes. I almost taste some citrus notes as welll. Sweetness has also increased to a nice fruitiness. Strength never goes over a solid medium. Overall this cigar was a very smooth, complex, impressive smoke! Had amazing balance throughout and as I said earlier, construction was as good as you would expect from a Davidoff. I highly recommend this cigar for all types of smoking levels. Enjoy— I certainly did!!

I hate belicoso cigars. I don't know why but i do. As a gift can't complain beacuse, Davidoff ROX! Love that they honored a great 20th century icon like Sir Winston. I would rather smoke petite panatella instead.

What a cigar. If you like medium body cigars you should definitely try this one. Amazing construction, great draw and burn, good flavors and aroma. You also get a pretty long smoke time for the size, helps justify the cost.
