The Hav-A-Tampa Jewels Sweet is a mild and sweet cigarillo that is part of this century old brand’s line-up of budget-friendly stogies. Each stick features a birchwood tip, which helps create a smooth draw. This is an American original that was one of the first machine made cigars. They are now made in Puerto Rico, but they were originally made in Tampa, Florida.
