A great cigar. But worth $28? Once again Neptune needs a value rating. For $28 I want a cigar to paint my house. I want it to paint YOUR house too. Let’s dive into this a little more. To compare, later the same day I smoked this I broke out a God of Fire by Carlito Diadema Maduro. $35. I did not buy it, a business colleague gifted it to me and it has received 4+ months humidor time. This La Aurora blew it away. I mean much better. Much more complex. No contest. I had a Davidoff Aniversario Double R at a business convention a month ago. Cost $46.80. This La Aurora blows it away too. No contest. In fact the Davidoff ranks 3rd of these 3. Having said all of that there are $12 sticks I think I like as much as this one. BOTTOM LINE: If you want to overspend for a really good stick, choose this one.
An absolutely stunning cigar, I can't fault it in any way. 100 out of 100. I will be looking to buy more of these in the future.
