Launched in 2011, Atabey cigars
is a hard-to-find cigar. Created by Neslon Alfonso, a graphic arts designer (who designed the Padron’s 50th Anniversary humidor)
turned cigar crafter, the Atabey cigar is an ultra-premium cigar that is
available at selected cigar stores throughout the United States. The Atabey is
named after the supreme deity of the Taino Indians, the indigenous people who
occupied most of the islands in the Caribbean. The Atabey cigar is known for
its natural tobacco sweetness and peppery taste.
