The H. Upmann The Banker Daytrader was inspired by the brand’s founder, who was a 19th Century banker turned cigar crafter, and the fast-paced world of banking and finance. The Daytrader’s packaging features the “candlestick charts” used by stock traders. The cigar features an inviting, reddish Ecuadorian Sumatra-seed wrapper placed over a Nicaraguan binder and a filler made of Dominican Republic and Nicaraguan leaves. The blend was created by the Grupo de Maestros of Tabacalera de Garcia in the Dominican Republic.
