My first thought was if this is going to worth the price? Answer; DEFINITELY and I don’t like spending that much. This is an amazing stick. So smooth, creamy and complex. A subtle sweetness which I enjoy because it keeps its damn place by ever so slightly complimenting, not pervading. It emerges beautifully with the cream, tobacco and salted nuts. And yes all the flavors develop and deepen throughout. Finally! A $20+ stick with a description that isn’t 90% hype! Flawless burn and fantastic draw. Lot’s of smoke. 5 star superlative cigar.

Solid smoke but a bit pricey for what it delivers.

When I first lit up the Perez-Carrillo Deep Blue Limited Edition, it hit me with such a burst of flavor that I had to make sure I was still smoking a cigar and not accidentally chewing on a five-star steak dinner. The first half was smoother than a salesman on commission. Nutty and woody notes were front and center, with just enough pepper in the background to remind me this cigar wasn't here to play around. Every draw seemed to say, "Relax, I've got this." As I worked my way into the second half, things started getting a little more interesting. The pepper kicked up a notch, but the creamy nuttiness kept it from getting out of hand. Then out of nowhere, dark chocolate and leather notes showed up like uninvited guests who somehow made the party better. By the final third, the cigar stopped flexing its strength and started showing off its sophistication. The leather and dark chocolate notes took center stage, creating a rich, satisfying finish that had me smoking slower because I wasn't ready for the relationship to end. By the time I set it down, I was already thinking about when I could light up another one. The Deep Blue Limited Edition delivered flavor, complexity, and enough character to keep me entertained from start to finish. If you're an EP Carrillo fan and haven't tried the Deep Blue Limited Edition yet, what are you waiting for? An engraved invitation from Ernesto himself? Grab one and thank me later
