Andreas Throuvalis, founder of Curivari Cigars, loves creating boutique cigars that closely resemble Cubans in taste and construction. He does this by using Cuban-seed, Nicaraguan-grown tobaccos and then topping them off with a triple cap. The Curivari Reserva Limitada Café is Nicaraguan puro that sports a sweet maduro habano wrapper for a medium to full-bodied smoking experience with notes of spice, nuts, and earth.

My Final Thoughts Overall, I truly enjoyed the Curivari Reserva Limitada Café Noir 56. I've come to have a genuine affection for the Curivari brand in general, and this cigar cemented that but I enjoyed the Toro size of this cigar alot more. The flavors, construction, and scent all hit the same mark as the toro size.

The flavors, construction, and scent all hit just right — smooth, complex, and consistent throughout. It’s the kind of cigar that delivers every time and fits perfectly after a meal or paired with a good bourbon or dark roast coffee. I’ll definitely purchase it again and am seriously considering grabbing a full box for the humidor.
