Perdomo Fresco Maduro Churchill 7 * 50, Bundle of 25

Perdomo Fresco Maduro is a medium to full bodied cigar packaged in bundles and is a great value for the price. A fine blend of deeply fermented Nicaraguan and Dominican Cuban seed tobaccos punctuated by a Nicaraguan Maduro wrapper.The finish is short, and the tobacco flavor sweet and spicy.

Cigar wrapper color varies from green (Double Claro or Candela) to black (Maduro or Oscuro) with a full range of browns in between.
Maduro wrapper can go from dark coffee brown with a reddish tint to blackish brown (the latter also called Oscuro).

Habano wrapper leaf is Cuban-seed tobacco that is grown and cultivated in the traditional Cuban way.

Featuring the darkest color found in cigar wrappers, maduro leaves are dark brown to almost black in color, and come from the primings furthest up on the plant. Having seen more sun, maduro wrappers tend to be richer and contain more nicotine than their lighter counterparts. Although somewhat intimidating in appearance, do not assume that all maduros are super strong - many can be milder than other types of wrappers, as well as naturally sweeter.

The binder is a full tobacco leaf that is used to roll the cigar, binding the filler tobaccos together.
Nicaraguan cigar binders are produced mainly in Esteli and Jalapa, both lands with volcanic soil and excellent climate for growing tobacco. Binders grown in Jalapa have sweet undertones. Corojo, Habana2000, Criollo, and Maduro binders are all produced in Nicaragua.

Thomas Priority Mail to 55106 is listed as $7.25, but when I place item in Cart, shipping is $9.75. Why? Also, you list Perdomo Fresco Torpedo cigar length as 5 3/4", but all other vendors list them as 6 !/2", why?

Good choice if you are looking for an everyday cigar for cutting grass, golf, hand one to your friends. Definitely better than the most of the bundle cigars out there. Do yourself a favor and put them in your humidor first. Taste and burn better after some time in the humidor. Enjoy

This cigar was recommended to me by Neptune as a back up to my more expensive Partagas Black Label Magnifico cigars. These Perdomo's are ok. I did not expect them to equal Partagas. I will repurchase. It is my lawn mowing cigar and not my scotch drinking cigar.

Hidden gem! Normally prefer full bodies sticks but wanted to try this one. Glad I did. May rating speaks for itself. Rated 4 for taste Only because it's a medium bodied smoke.
