The Wise Man Corojo blends traditional cigar crafting with innovation to create a memorable smoking experience that showcases Foundation Cigar’s dedication to crafting premium cigars. The cigar is an all-Nicaraguan puro that sports a Corojo wrapper. When developing the blend for The Wise Man Corojo, Foundation Cigars drew upon the story of King Solomon and the Queen of Sheba who gave birth to Menelik, The Wise Man. According to Foundation Cigars, it is a “tale of heritage, wisdom, and cultural richness,” and it forms the soul of this cigar line.

The "Garcia Family Industrial Park" located in Esteli, Nicaragua is a seven-acre complex with 9 buildings, over 1900 employees, where the Garcias supervise their cigar production from the tobacco field to the roller's table. Their Miami headquarters house 12 rollers that make all of the company's "handmade in Miami" brands.

This was a good cigar, despite its bad burn. As described, sweet with hints of spice. Change in the intensity of the notes delivered a dynamic flavor experience. The spice had a white pepper taste, and the sweetness seemed to unfold ever so differently, making for an engaging smoke. I also tasted dry straw at one point. The strength came across as medium, and only in the final third did the strength lean towards full. I am looking forward to smoking it again.
