The Jamastran Valley is known for producing a full-bodied tobacco that draws strong comparisons to the tobacco grown in the Pinar del Rio region of Cuba. This same region is also known for its Connecticut shade grown and Corojo shade grown tobacco. In addition, Honduras produces Cuban-seed sun grown filler tobaccos of the highest quality.

These appear to be well-made cigars and the flavor is good and consistent. The one complaint I have is about halfway down the ash falls off unexpectedly no matter how long or short it may be. Then it requires a lot of touching up after it happens.

While these cigars have been good in the past, this order they were not. They were very soft and won't stay lit. Tips were not flavored very well either, and the quality of the tobacco was not as good. Someone not watching in quality control.

A great looking cigar that burned nicely, had a nice draw and a pleasant aroma. However, the flavor was just not my taste. It had a very consistent sharp spiciness to it that was a little too much for me, but I did enjoy the sweetness on the lips. Overall, certainly not a bad smoke, but certainly not my favorite.
