Steve Evernden  Should they be removed from the tube to be placed in my humidor?
Posted 3/8/2021
  •  Though the glass does provide a degree of protection, we still do recommend humidification if you plan to store them for extended lengths of time. Be advised however, that due to the cognac infusion, a soft cognac scent may linger inside of the humidor you choose to store them in.

Anonymous  Because this cigar is Cognac infused will it affect my regular cigars if i keep it in my humidor but still inside it's glass tube
Posted 8/6/2020
  •  Because of the sealed glass tube, the Cognac infusion should not affect your other cigars.

Anonymous  Your description is incorrect, yes the Grand Reserve is infused with cognac however it is not Louis XIII, that cigar is the HMR (His Majesty's Reserve) around $25,000 a box.

  •  Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We inquired directly with Gurkha Cigars who informed us that the cognac used to infuse this cigar is from Spain. We'll have the details on this page corrected immediately.

milosz  do they need humidor, or I can put it on my desk "just like that"?
Posted 5/22/2018
  •  You will want to place these cigars in a humidor upon receipt. The stand you see is how the cigar is displayed in retail stores, but these stores are also humidified.

Ro  Does any of your cigars come in Amaretto?
Posted 3/27/2018
  •  Not at this time. If you like an amaretto infusion, you may be interested in the Tatiana Waking Dream or Night Cap selections. These are sweet cigars with hints of almond and hazelnut.

Anonymous  Can these cigars also be stored in the glass tubes without the loss of flavor, and if so how long should they be stored in the tubes?
Posted 1/14/2017
  •  They can remain inside the glass tubes until they are to be smoked.
    Replied 1/17/2017
  • Anonymous  I replace them back into the glass resealing and extinguishing the cigar. Then I place in my refrigerators butter bin. I have been doing this for years. I have guests tell me to please save the remaining Cigar till next time they visit. I have smoked some that have gathered up and forgotten about for over a year in my refrigerator and it still smokes with great flavor.

Peter Lin  I usually store my tubos outside of the tubes, but these are infused so I'm wondering if I'll lose flavor from storing them out of the tube.
Posted 8/27/2016
  •  If you store these cigars without the tube, you probably won't notice loss of flavor. We have many other infused cigars and very few come in tubed casing. What you may notice is that the other cigars in your humidor may be affected by the aroma given off.
