The Illusione Cruzado was originally released in 2008 as a medium bodied alternative to Illusione’s fuller bodied offerings. In 2016, it underwent a major rehaul and reemerged as a Nicaraguan puro with a very tempting, oily reddish Corojo tobacco wrapper. The cigar is hand crafted by Aganorsa Leaf in Nicaragua, and it is recognized for being indicative of the impressive tobacco that comes from this Central American country. It is a very box-worthy stick that should be part of every cigar enthusiast’s regular rotation.
