Charles I remember Italian cigars as having a very distinctive aroma...talking approximately 40-50 years ago when my uncles smoked them...not the same anymore...tried Dinobli and Perodi and they just don't have that distinct aroma. Are the Toscano's what I remember?

Posted 10/1/2020

NeptuneCigar.com Hi Charles, in my opinion the Toscano are fragrant, however the Classico has a more mild aroma than other Toscano.

Samuel D.09/18/2026About: Toscano Classico 6" * 38

Mild, restrained fire-cured tobacco with a pleasant lingering finish, becoming considerably more direct and flavorful around the midpoint; enjoyable and distinctive, but ultimately too quiet for my style. Smoked September 14, 2026.

Lois S.08/27/2026About: Toscano Classico 6" * 38

Really didn't taste like much, also the draw was pretty tight

Very much enjoyed these.

Alan F.08/10/2025About: Toscano Classico 6" * 38

Natural tobacco forward not fire cured. These cigars from Italy are great because you can literally split them in half into two small cigars ! As with all Italian style wrap cigars; beware the tight roll, canoeing and cherry jumping out with ash like a paratrooper.

Colton C.05/29/2025About: Toscano Classico 6" * 38

Delicious! They don't look pretty to the uninitiated but once you know what you're looking at they are gorgeous. The fire cured flavor is not as strong as a KFC, instead it works in tandem with traditional dry cure flavors to create a special smoke. Draw is a bit tight but a draw poker fixes them reliably.

David T.05/18/2025About: Toscano Classico 6" * 38

Fun, quick smoke, with a great charcoal smoke flavor.

Luigi A.05/17/2025About: Toscano Classico 6" * 38

The price tag is the only plus in this machine made cheerots... Not a great experience overall, smokes harsh and bitter...

Emmanuel M.02/07/2024About: Toscano Classico 6" * 38

Was solid in appearance and taste but the width is a tad small for my liking. Requires too much effort for a good draw. Perhaps should have cut it in half.

Stephen D.10/19/2023About: Toscano Classico 6" * 38

I love these rustic Italian cigars. Could have more flavour but for the price...

09/07/2023About: Toscano Classico 6" * 38

Is it bad that this is the best tasting cigar Ive tasted? 1 star for the draw because it was horrible, I have to cut it in half and when I did the wrapper came undone, but after that the draw loosened up and thew flavor was amazing, I was really surprised.

Richard R.07/03/2023About: Toscano Classico 6" * 38

Great short smoke

Eric B.06/14/2023About: Toscano Classico 6" * 38

Appearance is what one would expect from a dry cured cheroot. It is a surprisingly long smoke and keep a sharp burn line. Great thing about it is that you can leave it for as long as you wish and go back to it with a relight and very little bitterness. It's a great cigar for enjoyment when you are busy with different task. I can start one on my way to work (5 minutes), smoke about half during my lunch break, then finish it off on my way home! It would taste great the whole time!!!

These things are just fun to smoke. You can cut them in half or smoke them in one go. They are incredibly consistent in draw and flavor. Also, they provide a good hour or more of smoke but are never to heavy. Can't get enough of these things,.

This cigar is one of my favorites, long lasting, flavorful and that “rugged appearance”!!! I only have one negative, at times I have had a couple that had some hard “knots” inside. I had to gently squeeze between my fingers to loosen them to be able to have an even, smooth draw.

Jay S.12/06/2020About: Toscano Classico 6" * 38

I haven't had a bad Toscano yet. These are great for the Winter months. I usually cut them in half, and get 15 - 20 minute smoke out of a half.

Lar B.07/14/2019About: Toscano Classico 6" * 38

A bit harsh, some tend to fall apart. Soaked a few in coffee liquier and let dry, which made a more pleasurable smoke.

Elvin D.12/11/2018About: Toscano Classico 6" * 38

When first handled this cigar will appear a little ruff around the edges. When you light one up expect a subtle sweet flavor with an earthy undertone. Very nice oily cigar with an awesome draw and burn. You will not be disappointed!

Jeffrey David G.05/25/2018About: Toscano Classico 6" * 38

Tried with the Antico. Good cigar but it does not even come close in flavor to the tasty Antico. If you do prefer a weaker blend, you should try this cigar. I will stick with the Antico. Nothing negative I can say... but not in my intensity and preferred taste range!
