Casa Magna Connecticut

The Casa Magna brand is known for crafting cigars that feature a dark wrapper. With the Casa Magna Connecticut, Quesada Cigars decided to go on the lighter side and used a smooth, Ecuadorian Connecticut Shade wrapper. It is the first time the brand has released a cigar with a shade wrapper. Its honey hued wrapper covers a Nicaraguan binder and filler leaves from the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua. This box worthy premium cigar offers a mesmerizing smoking experience with an intense flavor and aroma that will satisfy the palates of shade and maduro smokers. The cigars are handmade at Quesada’s Tabacos de Exportacion in the Dominican Republic.

I love a smooth Connecticut with a bit of strength under the hood but they're hard to find. This is one. Highly recommended.

Split a box with a friend. He and I agree that this is one great cigar. I think I prefer the Casa Magna Colorado a little better, but not much.

I’m not usually a Connecticut wrapped cigar fan, more of a Maduro or darker wrapper with med full-full flavor, but this cigar was really good! More strength and flavor than most connecticuts, I’d say def med body and the burn and draw was excellent!

Flawless construction and performance. One of the best Connecticuts I’ve ever had. Definitely not full strength, medium most of the way, finish med+. Not very complex but good flavor throughout.
