Most cigars are manufactured in the Caribbean and Central America.
Despite many decades of war and revolution in this Central American country, the cigar industry has thrived due to the hard work and tenacity of Cuban exiles to the land such as Plasencia, Padron, Oliva, Ortez, and others. Tobacco has been a force of social stability, and the country is now one of the principal exporters of premium cigars in the world.

Cigar wrapper color varies from green (Double Claro or Candela) to black (Maduro or Oscuro) with a full range of browns in between.
Natural wrapper, also known as Colorado Claro, is light brown in color.

Ecuadorian Habano
The wrapper is the last tobacco leaf to be rolled on the cigar, so it is the one the smoker will see.
Ecuadorian Habano wrapper has become one of the most used cigar wrappers in the market. Grown primarily by the Oliva family, this tobacco originated from Habano or H2000 seeds brought to Ecuador from Cuba. This leaf is rich and flavorful thanks to the temperate climate of Ecuador and the quality of its volcanic soil.
Binder
Nicaragua
The binder is a full tobacco leaf that is used to roll the cigar, binding the filler tobaccos together.
Nicaraguan cigar binders are produced mainly in Esteli and Jalapa, both lands with volcanic soil and excellent climate for growing tobacco. Binders grown in Jalapa have sweet undertones. Corojo, Habana2000, Criollo, and Maduro binders are all produced in Nicaragua.

Filler is the term used to describe the tobacco inside a cigar or the "guts" of the cigar.

The Dominican Republic is considered one of the most premier tobacco growing countries in the world. The filler tobacco grown in this Caribbean island nation ranges from mild to full bodied. Olor Dominicano and Piloto Cubano are the main types of tobacco grown in the Dominican Republic.

This was a great cigar, but it did have some construction issues. The draw was a bit tight, but I was able to still get good smoke out of it. The burn was un-even and needed to be corrected a 2 or 3 times. Those minor issues does not take away from the overall smoking experience I had. This cigar was packed with flavor, with notes of chocolate and cocoa. I have 2 more to smoke so my initial issues could be just an isolated issue. I highly recommend this cigar for its great flavors.

One of my favourites! Flavor and taste take a while to build up and draw is a bit tight. But well worth the wait. The burn also needs correction (maybe because of the coffin box) but again well worth the correction. This stick lasts a long time - so take your time.

What a cigar, this is one great smoke. This has a great aroma, fairly even burn and smooth easy draw. Kind of a light peppery and spicy taste to start off then blending an earthy flavor as you get into half the cigar. A favorite now in my selection...

It's a beauty in both looks and packaging. Makes a great impression when given as a gift. I also had some burn issues that required touch up with a flame. I had to massage the tip a bit to improve the draw. Save it for when you have a couple of free hours because you'll need the time to enjoy this one. Aroma was dark chocolate, and roasted pecans.

If I try this cigar again, I would take it out of the coffin to improve circulation around the cigar. The burn straight out of the box was lopsided

Packaged and rolled beautifully. A very presentable and elegant look to it. The draw is wonderful and the smoke is smooth. Was expecting a bit more from the flavor and aroma.
