This same region is also known for its Connecticut shade grown and Corojo shade grown tobacco. In addition, Honduras produces Cuban-seed sun grown filler tobaccos of the highest quality.

This cigar showed up to the party dressed like it was about to throw hands, but once I lit it up, it said, “Relax, bro, I’m just here to have a good time.” The first third starts off smooth and creamy, with some cedar and toasted nut flavors. The sweetened cap gives you that little sweetness on the lips, making the cigar feel like it’s trying to sweet-talk you into buying another one. By the second third, the coffee notes start showing up, and the toasted nuts keep the party going. There’s a little pepper on the retrohale, just enough to remind you this is still a cigar and not a cup of coffee with a wrapper on it. The final third keeps things mellow and enjoyable, with the cedar and coffee flavors sticking around. No unnecessary drama, no crazy attitude, just a smooth smoke doing what it came to do.This cigar is like that friend who says they’re only staying for one drink but somehow ends up closing the place down. Smooth, sweet, easygoing, and a whole lot of fun. If you enjoy a mellow cigar with good flavor and a sweet tip, the Baccarat Belicoso Maduro deserves a spot in your humidor.

After my amazing experience with the natural version (Baccarat Havana The Game Belicoso), and my developing a taste for Honduran tobacco and maduro wrappers, I decided to keep this one for a boost later in life. Well, that completely backfired. This was a very underwhelming experience. The draw was tight (I adjusted with a PerfectDraw type tool). The flavor was ok at best, and began going downhill around halfway. By the time I reached the final third I was ready to quit. It was getting bitter, the draw was tightening again, and the burn was out of control. Might buy again just to see if it was a bad stick, or if this just isn’t the cigar for me.

Justin D.01/11/2025About: Baccarat Havana The Game Maduro Rothschild 5" * 50

Draw was a bit tight throughout the smoke, but burn and construction were good. Flavors were mediocre, started off toasty with some sweetness, but there was a bitterness lingering throughout the whole smoke. Bitterness stepped up in the 2/3, but calmed down in the last third. Sugar sweetness with some cocoa in the last third. Overall, an okay cigar, but I wouldn't revisit.

Great every day cigar, good dry draw, only had to fix uneven burn in a couple of times, draw was good, held ash well, great price for a good cigar

James .04/08/2023About: Baccarat Havana The Game Maduro Rothschild 5" * 50

Top of the line! You know you made it, when you light one up? Frosted mug of Yuengling on tap.. Or a fine cognac …. After work? Or on a weekend warrior break!! Or? Sunday morning along with a fine coffee… Like is good with a fine baccrat!! Give one to a buddy? He knows you appreciate him as a friend!!

This is my go to cigar for watching XFL footballs games that suck, at best I got a nice smoke. Nice maduro with a nice nutty taste and ash to last. The stick is rolled tight and neat. I have always liked the Baccarat brand for great smokes and good value.

Ben G.06/27/2018About: Baccarat Havana The Game Maduro Rothschild 5" * 50

These appear to be well-made cigars and the flavor is good and consistent. The one complaint I have is about halfway down the ash falls off unexpectedly no matter how long or short it may be. Then it requires a lot of touching up after it happens.

dennis p.05/31/2018About: Baccarat Havana The Game Maduro Belicoso 6" * 54

The highlight about these not so little beauties, is the taste. Not taking anything away from the perfect aroma. Will buy again
