Habana 2000 or H2000, is a hybrid between El Corojo, Cuba's standard wrapper leaf last cultivated in the 90s, and a cigarette tobacco called Bell 61-10. Cuban cigar growers crossed these two tobaccos in order to get a wrapper leaf that would be more resistant to disease than the Corojo was. Although its introduction was controversial and the leaf was not widely accepted, its quality has improved over time and it is now being cultivated with success outside of Cuba as well.

The Royal Return King’s Gold is the fourth release of the ADVentura cigar brand, which was created by Swiss sommelier Marcel Knobel in cooperation with Henderson Ventura of Tabacalera William Ventura. The brand tells the story of two fictional 15th century explorers who set out on a quest to discover “the unknown pleasures of the world” with tobacco being one of them. The Royal Return King’s Gold is composed of tobaccos that have been aged for five years. Once rolled the cigars are aged for four months to allow their flavors to marry.
