When developing the blend for the La Palina 125th Anniversary cigar, owner Bill Paley (grandson to Samuel Paley the brand’s founder) sought Oliva Cigar Co. (another company with a century old history in the cigar industry). Together they carefully sifted through Oliva’s vintage private stock to develop the ideal blend for this very special commemorative cigar. The cigar is a Nicaraguan puro that features a savory dark wrapper and is topped off with a pigtail cap. This medium-strength stick is perfect for special occasions or when you want to sit back and smoke a great cigar while contemplating your life’s achievements.
