For more than two hundred years, Toscano has been crafting cigars that are known for their unique construction, flavor and aroma. The Toscano Master Aged Series takes these attributes one step further by offering a distinct smoking experience. Made of premium tobaccos that are grown in the USA and Italy, the Master Aged Series cigars are aged for 360 days in specially constructed aging rooms. During the aging process, Toscano’s expert blenders conduct daily inspections to ensure the cigars receive the proper humidity and temperature required to create their flavor profile and aroma. This meticulous maturation method creates a full-bodied cigar that will appeal to traditional as well as contemporary smokers.

Most cigars are manufactured in the Caribbean and Central America.
Italy has a long history of growing and producing cigars. They primarily use Kentucky tobacco that is grown in the rich, fertile soils of Tuscany, Italy. After the tobacco has been fermented, flame-cured, and aged, it undergoes an additional aging process, lasting up to 12 months, to give the leaves its unique flavors and aromas. Italian tobacco is known for being rich in flavor accented with smoky wood notes.

Spicy rustic earth with the tiniest notes of citrus lingering that can manifest a bit on the peppery retrohale. Like someone else noted eyeing it I don’t think it’s a 56 ring but genuinely that doesn’t change much here as the draw seems more than adequate. As with all dry cured sticks keep an eye out for canoeing.

A very good cigar for a break. The tobacco is a nice and different type of blend. These will always have a spot in my humidor. But I do have a disagreement on the price. I do believe that they are expensive in comparison to what is on the market. Would I purchase again? Yes, but it will be a while.

The burn is great they managed to make it so it burns even and I was sitting outside where it was windy never had to correct the burn once. The draw is smooth like water from a straw. This doesn’t taste or have an aroma like the traditional Toscanos if anything it feels more like a Parodi cigar the aroma is of fresh firewood with hints of cedar. This is by far the smokiest Toscano I’ve had lots of smoke and plenty of aroma to follow it. Highly recommended for any fire cured enthusiasts like myself.

Now this is a very interesting cigar on so many levels. It looks funky, that's obvious and it's deceiving. It looks like a quick smoke but it's hearty and burned nicely. The flavors are wild and definitely new to me. The aroma as you open the pouch it comes in smells of wildfire or the day after you use the wood burning stove inside the house. Very interesting indeed. Overall, this is a really cool cigar with very different tobacco than the Latin American tobacco we all know so well. I'm a fan of the Italian/US crossover blend.

I really liked the Antico. For the price, can't beat it. BUT, the last couple of cigars were plugged; no draw. Like zero draw. The last pack I purchased, all five were plugged. So if you are willing to take a chance, give them a shot.
