The Hiram & Solomon Travelling Man cigar is produced by Fouad Kashouty and George Dakrat. The Travelling Man is part of their fine line of cigars named after terminology used by the Freemasons, which Kashouty and Dakrat are members of. Part of the proceeds from the sale of Hiram & Solomon cigars goes to charities such as the Shriners Hospitals for Children. The Travelling Man is manufactured by Plasencia Cigars in Nicaragua. The Travelling Man’s filler has been specially blended by Master Blender David Blanco of Blanco Cigars. Available in four vitolas: Robusto, Toro, Torpedo, and Gran Toro, the Hiram & Solomon Travelling Man is one cigar that should make your humidor its main destination.

The Dominican Republic is the world's first producer of cigars. Most factories are located in Santiago, in the center of the island, and in close proximity to the tobacco fields grown in the fertile Cibao Valley. While tobacco and cigars have always traditionally been produced in the Dominican Republic, many Cuban cigar makers established in the Dominican Republic after the Cuban communist revolution, elevating the quality of Dominican cigars.

I got introduced to this company and cigar from a Mason that I met at a local renaissance festival. I ordered and tried one out of the sampler. The one I tried was the “Traveling Man” It was a nice Robust cigar. The appearance was very nice. The draw was slightly tight. As for the ash and burn, i had to keep relighting it. Possibly due to user error. The aroma was like most cigars smell. The taste was pleasant. I will save the others in my humidor for special occasions.

I gotta admit I had serious doubts about these sticks. But I'm a Mason and I like to help out my fellow brother's. I just tried the traveling man and oh boy was I wrong it is a fantastic cigar. Has everything u would want in a great stick. Burned even the smell was pleasant taste amazing it was very smooth and bold packed with flavor. It was great all the way to the last puff. I will be buying a few more just to have on hand at all time definitely made it to my top 10 list.

Honestly I didn't think this was gonna be a great cigar and oh boy I was wrong. It's a fantastic smoke. Great construction burn perfect. It was strong it was smooth all around it was perfect.
