The Aging Room Pura Cepa is a 100% Nicaraguan puro, appropriately so, since the name of this blend translates to 'pure bred'. Crafted by acclaimed cigar master Rafael Nodal and produced by the renowned Plasencia family, only select tobaccos from the four growing regions in the country (Esteli, Jalapa, Condega and Ometepe) were used. The Pura Cepa features an oily Nicaraguan Habano wrapper on top of premium Nicaraguan binder and filler to provide a rich full-bodied recipe you won't soon forget.

Most cigars are manufactured in the Caribbean and Central America.
Despite many decades of war and revolution in this Central American country, the cigar industry has thrived due to the hard work and tenacity of Cuban exiles to the land such as Plasencia, Padron, Oliva, Ortez, and others. Tobacco has been a force of social stability, and the country is now one of the principal exporters of premium cigars in the world.

Cigar wrapper color varies from green (Double Claro or Candela) to black (Maduro or Oscuro) with a full range of browns in between.
Natural wrapper, also known as Colorado Claro, is light brown in color.

The wrapper is the last tobacco leaf to be rolled on the cigar, so it is the one the smoker will see.
Nicaraguan cigar wrappers are produced mainly in Esteli and Jalapa, both lands with volcanic soil and excellent climate for growing tobacco. Wrappers grown in Jalapa have sweet undertones. Corojo, Habana2000, Criollo, and Maduro wrappers are all produced in Nicaragua.

The binder is a full tobacco leaf that is used to roll the cigar, binding the filler tobaccos together.
Nicaraguan cigar binders are produced mainly in Esteli and Jalapa, both lands with volcanic soil and excellent climate for growing tobacco. Binders grown in Jalapa have sweet undertones. Corojo, Habana2000, Criollo, and Maduro binders are all produced in Nicaragua.

Excellent construction. This has a "classic" tasting profile. Smooth, medium and complex flavors with almost no (nicotine) strength. Start light on smoke production but becomes more creamy after the half. Very relaxing stick

This cigar is just another example of the quality and care that Aging Room puts into its products. A nicaraguan puro made at the plasencia factory in Nicaragua, the cigar features tobacco from different regions of Nicaragua and it reflects it in the flavor and intensity. Medium to full in strength this cigar does not fall short in flavor and the construction is flawless. Cedar and leather are the predominant notes with hints of coffee and wood, bold with the right amount of pepper it is the archetype of a nicaraguan puro. Flavorful from beginning to end this stick it’s a party for the palate. excellent draw and a beautiful ash to complete a wonderful smoking experience. Cheers!!!
