Enclose lighter(s) in a properly padded envelope or ask a Vector retail dealer for a service envelope.

Clearly print your name, desired return address, and telephone number at which you can be reached and include this information with your lighter(s).

Send lighter(s) to the address below. Add $15 return shipping charge for international consumers.

Vector KGM 's Limited No Proof Warranty

Vector lighters passed all of KGM's demanding tests and inspection standards set by KGM Quality Control. KGM warranty covers mechanical parts only under normal use and excludes damages resulting from misuse, tampering and abuse of lighters. This warranty does not apply to the outer case finish of a lighter. To obtain service under this warranty, see instructions above.

KGM OFFERS THIS WARRANTY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. ANY WARRANTY IMPLIED BY LAW, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS, IS IN EFFECT ONLY FOR THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH IN THE FIRST PARAGRAPH ABOVE. KGM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF ITS LIGHTERS.

01/19/2019AnonymousWe bought a lighter and the little round thing were it sparkes came off took it back to store they said. They could not exchange it gave us the web sight take pictures of rec and they will refund your money so I did have not heard from any one yet we bought another one and now I see we still have to pay for shipping it was a $20 dollar lighter it cost that much to send and receive it back what kinda deal is that would like to know how to get it replaced with out charges it is the copying faulty lighter nothing we did
04/29/2017byMarvin HI've had several Vector lighters, preferably with the punch on bottom. 2 were lost to the TSA when I forgot to put them in checked baggage. 2 needed refurbishing after igniters failed. I had no problems getting the lighters repaired. In one case, a new lighter was returned! I have a new one now as backup to my Bugatti lighter, serviced by the same company, same warranty. Fine lighters, both.
