  Kafie 1901 Connecticut

  Kafie 1901 Connecticut is a delicious Honduran cigar made with an Ecuadorian Connecticut seed wrapper, a Honduran binder, and fillers from Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic. The cigars are made in the Reyes Family's Tabacalera Puros Aliados factory in Danli, Honduras. The cigar is medium bodied with a rich and pleasant taste.

  Kafie 1901 Don Fernando Maduro

  Kafie 1901 Don Fernando Maduro is a Honduran made cigar made with a dark Cuban Seed Habano Nicaraguan grown wrapper and aged filler and binder. The cigar is robust and medium bodied and is handmade at the world famous Puros Indios Aliados factory (formerly Puros Indios) founded by Rolando Reyes Sr. Presented in traditional, cabinet style wooden boxes with a red band adorning the foot of the cigars.

  Kafie 1901 San Andres Maduro

  The Kafie 1901 San Andres Maduro was inspired by Kafie 1901 Cigars owner and founder Dr. Gaby Kafie’s desire to create a cigar that represented 1) his family’s century-old history in Honduras, 2) the fifth anniversary of the Kafie 1901 line, and 3) the addition of a box-pressed cigar to their line of fine cigars. The Kafie 1901 San Andres Maduro has a rich, dark wrapper that hails from San Andres, Mexico. Its Honduran-habano binder surrounds a specially blended filler made of Brazilian mata, Dominican piloto Cubano and ligero from neighboring Nicaragua. The Kafie 1901 San Andres Maduro is a medium-to-full bodied cigar that produces a leathery-peppery flavor matched by appealing sweetness.

  Kafie 1901 Sumatra Maduro

  Dr. Gaby Kafie, owner and founder of Kafie 1901 cigars, wanted “to create a cigar that can be enjoyed anytime of the day”. The Kafie 1901 Sumatra Maduro is a medium-strength cigar that has been aged for 4 (four) years, and easily achieves that goal. Its dark Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper surrounds a Cuban seed habano binder and a blended filler from the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua. Overall, the Kafie 1901 Sumatra Maduro offers a pleasing arrangement of flavors that hint of cream, almond, earth, and expresso.

The Jamastran Valley is known for producing a full-bodied tobacco that draws strong comparisons to the tobacco grown in the Pinar del Rio region of Cuba. This same region is also known for its Connecticut shade grown and Corojo shade grown tobacco. In addition, Honduras produces Cuban-seed sun grown filler tobaccos of the highest quality.
