Blended by Nick Melillo and rolled at AJ Fernandez’s factory in Estelí, it features a dark Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper, one of Melillo’s lifelong passions, over select Nicaraguan tobaccos from Estelí and Jalapa. Crafted with the addition of a special Havana Seed grown in the Connecticut River Valley, on the very farm that also houses Foundation’s corporate offices, the cigar embodies the company’s roots in both Connecticut and Nicaragua. Medium to full-bodied, this commemorative Salomón delivers rich layers of cocoa, espresso, earth, and spice, presented beneath a striking band depicting St. George slaying the dragon, a centuries-old symbol of resilience and triumph.
