  Partagas

Jaime Partagas created this brand in 1845. Cigar masters Ramón Cifuentes and Ramón Cifuentes, Jr. made Partagas the leading Cuban cigar. But in 1961, Ramón Cifuentes was forced to flee Cuba, never to return. Seventeen years later, he was finally able to begin creating his Partagas cigars again, this time in the Dominican Republic, where his unmatched tradition of cigar making remains alive and well.

  Partagas Black Label

The highly rated Partagas Black Label cigar is a very dark, attractive cigar, yet dont let that fool you as it is also as creamy and smooth a smoke as you will ever taste in a Maduro. In order to create Partagas Black Label, Daniel Nuez and his colleagues spent 10 years perfecting the Medio Tempo wrapper and the La Vega Especial binder. Cuban-seed Medio Tempo wrappers are darker, heavier and richer than other wrappers because they are harvested only after they have been allowed to age on their plants 50% longer than other wrapper leaves. These tobaccos and a larger ring gauge translate into a richer, fuller-bodied flavor.

  Partagas Cortado

As one of the oldest brands in the industry, Partagas has made a name for itself by creating one memorable cigar after another. The Partagas Cortado is no exception. Known for making cigars on the medium to full-bodied side, Partagas took a milder approach when they developed the Cortado, and they came up with their first ever shade wrapper. It is also the first time this century old brand has had a cigar made in Nicaragua. The Cortado sports a silky smooth Ecuadorian Connecticut Shade wrapper placed over an Indonesian binder and a filler composed of Honduran, Mexican and Nicaraguan leaves. This carefully selected blend offers a balanced and complex smoking indulgence that you will want to enjoy time after time.

  Partagas Legend

Since 1845, Partagas has been regarded as one of the most important names in cigars. Today, their rippling impact in the industry is second to none, and it's only fair to give credit where credit is due. The Partagas Legend is handmade in Santiago, Dominican Republic for General Cigar Company, and features a delicious medium to full-bodied blend of premium Dominican Piloto Cubano filler, Honduran binder and a dark Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper to create a lush, complex experience full of the bold flavor smokers everywhere have come to expect from Partagas cigars. With notes of cocoa, earth and leather, these box-pressed beauties are a worthy nod to -and continuation of- one of the original greats.
