The Las Calaveras Edicion Limitada 2022 is no exception. And it marks the first time this must-have, limited edition cigar is released as a Nicaraguan puro with a savory Corojo ‘99 wrapper. The cigars are handmade in Nicaragua by My Father Cigars. In addition, the cigar’s band features four coins that bear the initials of four people who have died the previous year. The initials change with each release.

The "Garcia Family Industrial Park" located in Esteli, Nicaragua is a seven-acre complex with 9 buildings, over 1900 employees, where the Garcias supervise their cigar production from the tobacco field to the roller's table. Their Miami headquarters house 12 rollers that make all of the company's "handmade in Miami" brands.

  Nicaraguan Corojo '99 tobacco originated as a wrapper leaf in 1999 in Cuba. The seeds of the original Corojo '99 seed were planted in Ecuador, and these in turn were transplanted to Nicaragua. The leaf is appreciated for its excellent wrapper qualities and spiciness.
