The AVO Syncro Nicaragua Special Toro 6x60 was a really enjoyable smoke. Smooth from start to finish with a nice mix of pepper, wood, cream, and a little natural sweetness. The bigger ring gauge made it burn cool and slow, perfect for just relaxing outside. Had a solid draw and plenty of flavor without being too strong. Definitely a cigar I’d smoke again if you like something smooth but still flavorful. Picked on 05/29/2026

A photographer’s take This cigar feels like shooting on classic 35mm — balanced, deliberate, timeless. The Honduran wrapper has a soft sheen, clean seams, and a composed presence in hand. First light brings creamy cedar and gentle baking spice, like warm golden-hour light. The burn stays mostly even, the draw steady and controlled — no harsh edges, no overexposure. Midway, hazelnut and light espresso add depth, creating nice contrast without overpowering the frame. In the final third, the profile darkens slightly with more wood and subtle spice, like shifting into moodier shadows. It’s medium-bodied, nuanced, and patient — not flashy, but thoughtfully composed. A well-exposed portrait of a cigar. Picked on 02/25/2026
