Reinier Lorenzo released the HVC 10th Anniversary cigar to not only commemorate his brand’s first ten years of creating fine cigars, but to welcome the next decade and beyond. The HVC 10th Anniversary is a Nicaraguan puro that sports an enticing Nicaraguan Corojo 99 wrapper, a Nicaraguan binder and long-filler leaves composed of Corojo 99, Criollo 98, and Corojo 2012 tobaccos. The Corojo 2012 is the first time that HVC has used this sought-after tobacco in its blends. This celebratory stick is handmade at the Tabacos Valle de Jalapa, S.A. in Esteli, Nicaragua.

The standard Toro shape is 6 inches by 50 ring gauge.

Nicaraguan cigar binders are produced mainly in Esteli and Jalapa, both lands with volcanic soil and excellent climate for growing tobacco. Binders grown in Jalapa have sweet undertones. Corojo, Habana2000, Criollo, and Maduro binders are all produced in Nicaragua.

Filler is the term used to describe the tobacco inside a cigar or the "guts" of the cigar.
