Shawn Brawmer, a tobacco shop owner from California, came up with Cheap Bastard Cigars because his customers kept asking him for really cheap cigars. Cheap Bastard Cigars are handmade in the Dominican Republic and use a combination of long and medium fillers. Although considered a budget-friendly stick, Cheap Bastard Cigars have an excellent construction, a smooth draw, and awesome flavor.
