When you place an order you will receive an email with a confirmation number and proof of purchase. However, there are several reasons why you may not have received an order confirmation email.
- You may have made an error in your email address while registering. To find out if you entered your email correctly, try to login to your account. If you receive a message that the email address is not in the database, please contact us. We will be happy to verify your email address.
- You may not have submitted your order on the last page of the checkout. You can first try to login to your account and verify that the order you just placed is displayed on the “My Orders” page. We will be happy to help you determine the status of your order.
- You may have a spam filter on your inbox that has blocked the order confirmation email. Please check your junk email folder. Add email@example.com to your Safe Senders list to avoid this problem in the future.
- You placed your order using our guest checkout and did not enter an email address to receive an order confirmation. You may contact us by email to determine the status of your order.
