When you place an order, you should receive a confirmation email. If you have not received a confirmation email, our system may have no record of your order request. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours (business days only). However, orders can be delayed if the product is not in stock, if additional information is required from the customer, or if there is a problem with the payment. We will notify you via e-mail if any of the items you ordered are out of stock or if additional information is required. You will also receive an email confirming the shipment of your order and tracking or delivery confirmation number.
