  Espinosa Habano

  The Espinosa Habano was crafted by master cigar maker Erik Espinosa and is one of, if not THE most, well-rounded selections in his lineup. Offering a delicious medium-bodied smoking experience, this Nicaraguan puro prides itself on being extremely consistent, with notes of caramel, roasted coffee, and pepper, with hints of vanilla and citrus to round out the exquisite bouquet of flavors. Grown in La Zona, Erik's factory in Esteli, you'll be hard pressed to find a more complete and solid cigar for the price.

  Joya de Nicaragua Cuatro Cinco

  It all started with the phenomenal Joya de Nicaragua Cuatro Cinco, which in Spanish means "Four Five", the phenomenal limited edition cigar that the company released to celebrate its 45th anniversary. The cigar was so popular, the company decided to expand the line to several sizes. Ask and ye shall receive, says Joya de Nicaragua.

  Montecristo Espada

  Traditionally, Altadis has manufactured its Montecristo cigars in the Dominican Republic. Their 2014 release, Montecristo Espada, is their first Montecristo made in Nicaragua by the Plasencia Family. The cigar is made with especially aged tobaccos grown by Plasencia, and offers a rich and complex smoke. The Montecristo Espada wrapper is a Habano Jalapa Vintage 2010, binder is a Habano Jalapa Vintage 2009, and fillers are Habano Jalapa Seco, Habano Ometepe Viso and Habano Condega Ligero harvested in 2008.

  This full bodied Nicaraguan puro was made in honor of Jose "Pepin" Garcia's father who was born in Cuba in 1922. The cigar is bold, strong, and beautiful with its very dark oscuro wrapper.

  Rich, aged Nicaraguan tobacco set aside from the best growing years to make this medium bodied cigar that packs a lot of flavor yet remains smooth throughout the smoke. Rated 90 by Cigar Aficionado who described it as a " a beefy, nutty smoke balanced by some sweetness and earth".

  The wrapper is the last tobacco leaf to be rolled on the cigar, so it is the one the smoker will see.
  Nicaraguan cigar wrappers are produced mainly in Esteli and Jalapa, both lands with volcanic soil and excellent climate for growing tobacco. Wrappers grown in Jalapa have sweet undertones. Corojo, Habana2000, Criollo, and Maduro wrappers are all produced in Nicaragua.
