  Brought to you by respected industry veteran Jochy Blanco, La Galera Connecticut is a mild to medium-bodied Dominican cigar featuring a gorgeous golden brown Ecuadorian Connecticut Shade wrapper paired with premium Dominican binder and filler. Containing notes of almond, espresso, earth and cream, this smooth blend makes for a perfect every-day cigar, for ANY time of the day. “La Galera” means “the rolling room” in Spanish.

  Brought to you by respected industry veteran Jochy Blanco, La Galera Habano is a medium-bodied Dominican cigar featuring a beautiful copper-colored Ecuadorian Habano wrapper on top of a Dominican Corojo binder and a luscious mix of Dominican Piloto Cubano, Criollo 98 and Pelo de Oro fillers.   La Galera Imperial Jade

  When creating the La Galera Imperial Jade, which is the sixth release of the La Galera brand, cigar impresario (and La Galera owner) Jose “Jochy” Blanco decided to use the hard-to-get African-grown Cameroon. It is the first time he used a Cameroon wrapper for a La Galera cigar. The wrapper is known for its smoothness, beauty, and flavor, but it is also a thin and stiff leaf, which makes it difficult to work with. But this did not deter Jochy and his expert rollers to create a premium cigar that is a gem to behold and a beauty to smoke. The La Galera Imperial Jade is handmade in the Dominican Republic at Blanco’s Tabacalera Palma factory.

  La Galera Maduro

  Rough Rider Sweets Maduro

  The Rough Rider Sweets Maduro is a darker and oily cousin to the brand’s Connecticut line. Released by Indian Head, which is owned by expert cigar crafter Jose “Jochy” Blanco, the Sweets Maduro features an oily dark brown Mexican San Andres wrapper and binder that surrounds long-filler tobaccos from the Dominican Republic and topped off with a sweet tip. The cigars are handmade at Jochy’s Tabacalera Palma factory in the Dominican Republic.

  Tabacalera Palma is a family owned and operated cigar factory that is headed by Jose “Jochy” Blanco, a third-generation tobacco grower and cigar crafter. The factory is located in the La Palma free trade zone, which is in the Cibao Valley in the Dominican Republic. It is considered one of the oldest tobacco companies in the Dominican Republic. Tabacalera Palma makes cigars for a large number of companies as well as their own brands such as La Galera, Aging Room, La Instructora, and Sans Pareil.
