Description
A bold, medium bodied cigar with spicy and earthy notes. This Nicaraguan puro with its warm-brown natural wrapper uses an exquisitely blended filler made of carefully aged Criollo and Corojo tobacco. Handmade in Nicaragua at AGANORSA Leaf’s Agricola Ganadera Nortena S.A. (formerly known as TABSA) factory, the Excalibur Illusione No. 1 was crafted as an homage to the legendary Excalibur #1 Maduro. The blend was developed by Dion Giolito of Illusione Cigars in collaboration with Justin Andrews, of Scandinavian Tobacco Group (STG).

Whoa! Dion Giolito Has created a masterpiece! From first light you are greeted with Corojo, cocoa, creamy tobacco and an abundance of subtle flavors that morph in harmony throughout. Impeccably smooth and balanced. Never overpowering. This crushes sticks 3x the price. Permanently in my rotation forever. Smoked several with only 1 having a tight draw which was remedied with a punch tool. 90+ minutes of sheer bliss.

Phenomenal cigar. Great flavor and perfect burn. Great smokey draw but little smoke when not actively puffing. Tried one and immediately got 3 more.

I'm not a huge fan of most New World Hoyo blends, but Dion Giolito really did it his way. Everything he touches is gold. If you like Illusione, Warped, HVC, and other blends using Aganorsa Leaf tobacco it's an easy choice.

Easy smoking with a medium body. I smoked 2 and both cracked while smoking; one was half way done with a large crack and other was well into the last third which didn’t cause much issue
