This brand, originally made in Cuba, was named after a 19th century politician (proclaimed greatest Senator in American history), Henry Clay (1777-1852). The label on the box shows the original Henry Clay factory in Havana. Today the brand is manufactured by Tabacalera de Garcia in Dominican Republic.

Outstanding cigar with a signature taste. If it wasn’t for the all too consistent draw and burn problems I’ve encountered this would definitely earn higher marks. I’ve even had to throw more than one away because the draw was so terrible.

A decent cigar. Maybe I'm just used to a different brand by now, but this was an average cigar. The burn was a little disappointing. Three out of my four continuously canoed.
