Description
The Don Julio Punta Espada Robusto is a commemorative cigar that was crafted in honor of Don Julio Samuel Reyes Fermin. He was a third generation tobacco grower who, at one time, operated the De Los Reyes Cigars family-owned enterprise, which is now into its sixth generation. The Punta Espada is a Dominican puro that sports a savory red-hued Corojo wrapper placed over a Corojo binder, and a filler composed of Habano and Ligero leaves. All of the tobacco used in this premium cigar is grown in the Reyes family plantation. Once lit, this medium to full-bodied cigar offers a complexity of flavors with pleasing notes of cedar, natural tobacco, grass and hints of pepper and spice. This awesome flavor profile will appeal to both the contemporary and traditional aficionado. The Don Julio Punta Espada is handmade at the De Los Reyes factory in the Dominican Republic.
