Possibly my favorite Aladino. I get a strong root beer note off of this one followed by cedar, earth, and leather.

A very enjoyable spicy taste that seems to be typical of the Aladino brand. Also had the leather and chocolate tastes that you would expect from a maduro. Very nice and smooth from beginning to end.

I like trying different Maduros. San Andres wrappers seem to go either way. Rich and smooth or lots of pepper. This was plenty of spice. It was pronounced for awhile before other flavors kicked in. Never seemed to get to the richness of a Maduro. If you like some spice it might work for you
