Can’t be home to sign for your Neptune Cigar order? HubBox Pick Up gives you another convenient way to receive your package.

Eligible orders can be sent to a participating pickup location near you, allowing you to collect your package when it works for your schedule.

What is HubBox?

HubBox is a pickup point service that allows you to have your Neptune Cigar order delivered to a nearby participating location instead of directly to your home.

When available, you can choose a convenient pickup point during checkout and collect your package once it arrives.

Why Choose HubBox Pick Up?

HubBox Pick Up can be especially helpful if:

• You won’t be home during normal delivery hours.

• You’re concerned about missing an Adult Signature Required delivery.

• You prefer to pick up your order on your own schedule.

• You’re traveling and need a convenient pickup location near where you’re staying.

How Do I Select a HubBox Location?

During checkout, you will see an option to Pick Up My Order.

Select Pick Up My Order, then choose UPS Access Point near you, as shown in the screenshot. You’ll then be able to search for available pickup locations nearby and select the one that works best for you.

Available pickup points and their operating hours will be shown before you complete your order.

How Will I Know When My Order Is Ready?

Once your package arrives at your selected pickup point, you’ll receive a notification letting you know it is ready for pickup.

Be sure to wait until you receive the pickup notification before visiting the location.

Can I Use HubBox While Traveling?

Yes.

HubBox Pick Up can be a convenient option if you’re staying at a hotel, resort, vacation rental, or another temporary location.

Instead of shipping directly to the hotel, you can search for an available HubBox pickup point nearby and collect the package yourself.

This can be especially useful if you’re unsure whether your hotel accepts packages or whether someone will be available to sign for your delivery.

Do Age and ID Requirements Still Apply?

Yes.

Using HubBox does not bypass Neptune Cigar’s age-verification or delivery requirements. You may be required to present valid identification when collecting your order.

Is HubBox Available for Every Order?

Not necessarily.

Availability may depend on your location, the products in your order, and the shipping services available for your destination.

If HubBox Pick Up is available, the option will appear during checkout.
