Please be sure all items ordered are in stock and ready to
ship. Please note that this time of year is the busiest time of year for both
USPS and UPS, thus, it is wise to place orders as early as possible in order to
avoid any potential problems due to delays, misrouting’s, etc.
Orders placed containing items that are in stock, but not at
our Little Havana shipping hub may experience shipping delays of 1-2 business
days while items are transferred. You can see which locations an item is in
stock by hovering your mouse over ‘check in store’ under ‘availability’
If you are paying with an international credit card or a
card that does not mesh with the AVS system, additional verification may be
required which may lead to processing delays.
