Love the shape of this torch, is my favorite for this reason BUT the design is flawed - the trigger over flame overheats when roasting and gives your thumb a nice burn

Will not keep a flame. It’s going to the trash bin. Going back to the cheaper lighters.

It has a good size and looks great. The action isn't as nice as the double flame version however. Sometimes it seems like it takes a couple clicks to light. Go with the larger version if you have to choose one.

Like most Xikar products, this lighter is very well designed, reliable, and aesthetically pleasing. It has a fuel level window that is easy to view; and the fuel flow can be adjusted with the gray dial that comprises the bottom part of the lighter—no special tool required. Size is somewhere between a pocket lighter and a table lighter; but it’s not so big that you can’t carry it around in your shirt pocket. Highly recommended for those who prefer a single torch lighter.

Wonderful

Really great portable lighter. The view window on the side really helps to tell how much fuel you have left and the design is very elegant. Great single torch lighter.
