This medium-bodied smoke shoots forth a peppery, leathery, fruity, and citrus profile that’s right on target. A candela leaf band around the cap creates a sharp but subtle contrast to the cigar’s oily Ecuadorian Habano maduro wrapper. Underneath this eye-catching wrapper is an Indonesian binder and Nicaraguan filler. The Warfighter Night Shift is handmade in Nicaragua.

  According to the Warfighter Tobacco Company, their Night Shift cigar line was crafted to honor the “warfighters, operators, first responders and the rest of those unsung American’s who work the night shift to keep America running while the rest of us sleep.” The cigar’s long-filler Nicaraguan leaves are housed in an Indonesian binder and covered by an Ecuadorian Habano Oscuro wrapper, which features a candela band around the cap. The contrasting band represents the green hue typically associated with infrared night vision optics. The cigars are handmade in Nicaragua.
