  The VegaFina 1998 cigar was created to celebrate the brand’s more than two decades of producing premium cigars. This anniversary stick is expertly handmade in La Romana, Dominican Republic at the famous Tabacalera de Garcia factory, which is considered the largest cigar manufacturer in this Caribbean island nation. The VegaFina 1998 is made of a carefully selected five-nation blend, and it features tobaccos that have been aged for at least for four years. The blend was developed by Altadis, USA’s Grupo de Maestros.
