The Toscanello Anice is a short panatela cigar that uses specially fermented and aged Kentucky tobacco, which is grown in Italy. An added touch of star anise produces a sweet liquorice flavor that can be enjoyed throughout the day. In Italy, Toscanello cigars earned the name of “friendship cigar” because its size made it easy to be shared amongst friends.

Great cigar, as are all of the toscanellos. If you like anice you will like this. It's a mid flavor and not overpowering. If you don't like anice then steer clear.

Appearance is classic Italian. Draw started off tight but quickly loosened. Very even burn with a nice mellow aroma. I drink absinthe and was expecting more anise taste but it was nice.

If you like licorice you will love this short, tasty little smoke. I was an awesome smoke.
