  The Tatuaje Escasos is a limited-release, mild cigar that is handmade at the My Father Cigars factory in Nicaragua. Its Nicaraguan binder and filler are covered by a natural Ecuadorian Habano wrapper. The Escasos has a peppery, nutty, toasty, and woodsy flavor profile. Tatuaje Cigars owner Peter Johnson named each size in the Escasos brand using the letters that make up the word “Hunter”, his dog’s name.

  Ecuadorian Habano wrapper has become one of the most used cigar wrappers in the market. Grown primarily by the Oliva family, this tobacco originated from Habano or H2000 seeds brought to Ecuador from Cuba. This leaf is rich and flavorful thanks to the temperate climate of Ecuador and the quality of its volcanic soil.
