A smooth, creamy cigar throughout. A slow burn with good draw and good smoke output; solid, white ash throughout. Construction is poor to fair at points with a slightly uneven burn at points. The first third had subtle flavors of candy-like sweetness and pepper. Earthly notes throughout especially in middle to last third, as typical of maduros. Hints of pepper with no nicotine kick; burns a little hot in last third.
