The Rojas Street Tacos Barbacoa was inspired by the tacos sold through food trucks and cart vendors in city streets. It was also inspired by the open fire or in-ground cooking methods used by the indigenous people of the Caribbean and Central American (over the years “Barbacoa” has evolved to mean barbecue). The Street Tacos Barbacoa cigar features a rustic, oily, dark-brown Ecuadorian wrapper covering a Nicaraguan binder and filler leaves from the Somoto region of Nicaragua. This is a medium strength, flavorful stick that is handmade at Tabacalera Flor de San Luis factory in Nicaragua.
