Rocky Patel The Edge Connecticut Torpedo is a lighter version of the original Rocky Patel The Edge, a "toned down" blend, as described by its manufacturer. The flavor characteristics in this well constructed mild to medium-bodied smoke range from coffee to molasses to spice. The cigar is different from the original Edge in that it has a light brown Connecticut shade wrapper from Ecuador. This wrapper gives The Edge Connecticut a silky smooth quality that can be defined as creamy. The binder is Nicaraguan and the fillers are secret. A perfect daily smoke.
