This medium to full-bodied cigar delivers notes of cinnamon, sweetness, spice, and a hint of cedar. Its Nicaraguan maduro wrapper sheaths a Costa Rican binder and Nicaraguan filler. The cigars are handmade in Nicaragua. The Rocky Patel Fifty-Five cigar was created to celebrate Patel’s 55th birthday.  Each cigar in this line has a 55-ring gauge and a perfecto shape with a tapered head and foot. It was intended to be a limited-edition release. However due to popular demand, it is now part of Rocky Patel’s regular production. Once you smoke one, it too will become part of your regular rotation.

  The Rocky Patel Fifty Five originated as a celebratory cigar to commemorate Rocky's 55th birthday and is now released as a regular production cigar. All the cigars in this line are 55 ring gauge and a perfecto shape (with both ends tapered). The blend is made of a Nicaraguan wrapper with Costa Rican binder and Nicaraguan fillers, made in the company's factory in Esteli, Nicaragua.

  Nicaraguan cigar wrappers are produced mainly in Esteli and Jalapa, both lands with volcanic soil and excellent climate for growing tobacco. Wrappers grown in Jalapa have sweet undertones. Corojo, Habana2000, Criollo, and Maduro wrappers are all produced in Nicaragua.
