A well-balanced cigar with a deep complexity and a rich smoothness underscored by an irresistible sweetness. Its smooth Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper has been carefully aged for 15 years in a bourbon barrel. This gorgeous wrapper cloaks a binder and filler made of premium Nicaraguan tobacco that have also been aged for 15 years. The tobaccos used to create this commemorative blend were hand-selected and sourced from farms owned and operated by the Perdomo family in Nicaragua. The cigars are handmade at the Tabacalera Perdomo factory in Nicaragua. The Perdomo 30th Anniversary Box-Pressed Connecticut cigar is available only through 75 carefully selected cigar retailers, which Neptune Cigars is proud to have been one of the chosen few.

Great stick. Very smooth, definitely light in flavor & body, light plus to medium in nicotine strength. Good flavor & complexity, not a hint of bitterness. Head & shoulders above the 20th anniversary & 10th anniversary but maybe just on par or slightly below (although different) than the Perdomo Double Aged. Reminded me of the Brulee from Dunbarton. You can taste the age of this tobacco. Definitely a repurchase & well worth the price of admission.
